[Remote] BMC Helix AIOps / BHOM Engineer

Responsibilities
- BMC Helix Platform Expertise : Strong hands-on experience with BHOM, BMC Helix AIOps, and BMC Helix CMDB
- Service Modeling : Proven ability to build blueprints that group infrastructure into logical, high-level business services
- Dashboard Design : Experience creating complex panels, variables, and queries within BMC Helix Dashboards
- Hybrid Networking : Deep knowledge of secure data transit, TLS certificates, firewall rules, and proxy routing between local and cloud zones
- Data Integration : Skill with BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations, REST APIs, webhooks, and data formats like JSON
