They are seeking a Social Content Manager to grow and manage their social presence, create and repurpose content, leverage AI for content scaling, and measure engagement effectiveness across channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day execution across Fello’s social channels, including publishing, scheduling, and channel management
  • Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community conversations, engaging thoughtfully with customers, prospects, and partners
  • Help ensure Fello consistently shows up with a strong voice and active presence across every platform
  • Work closely with the CEO, Head of Community, and Marketing team to turn ideas, events, customer stories, and company initiatives into content
  • Capture, edit, and publish social-first content across channels
  • Repurpose webinars, podcasts, events, and existing content into new formats that extend reach and engagement
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, editing, research, and publishing workflows
  • Review and refine AI-assisted content to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
  • Help build repeatable systems that allow Fello to create more content without sacrificing quality
  • Track performance across channels and report on engagement, growth, and content effectiveness
  • Identify trends, audience insights, and opportunities to improve results
  • Support testing and experimentation across content formats, messaging, and distribution strategies

Skills

  • Experience in social media, content marketing, community, editorial, or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Good editorial judgment and an eye for quality
  • Basic video editing or content production experience
  • Experience creating content for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, or YouTube
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
  • Interest in AI and modern content workflows
  • Open to occasional travel
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or media
  • Experience in the real estate industry, including real estate teams, brokerages, proptech, or related businesses
  • Experience managing brand or executive social accounts
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content tools
  • Experience supporting online communities or community engagement initiatives
