Hilton is a globally recognized name in the hospitality industry, and they are seeking a Global Brand Marketing Manager to join their Lifestyle Brand Marketing team. The role involves shaping and executing marketing strategies across a portfolio of lifestyle brands, focusing on integrated campaign development and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand health and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans, strategies, and tactics to help achieve brand commercial goals, including marketing partnerships, social media, influencer programs, digital, and website initiatives
  • Support the management of integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution, helping track timelines, deliverables, and key milestones across cross-functional teams
  • Facilitate communication across brand, creative, media, social, and agency partners to help ensure alignment, visibility, and timely execution of campaign initiatives
  • Assist with asset trafficking and creative workflow management, helping coordinate reviews, approvals, and delivery of marketing materials across channels
  • Support day-to-day project management activities, including maintaining project trackers, coordinating meetings, documenting feedback, and following up on action items to keep campaigns on schedule
  • Manage the process between marketing and creative teams to ensure on-brand deliverables, including providing strategic feedback during creative reviews
  • Assist in managing photo and video shoots in support of business and marketing objectives, including coordinating timelines, facilitating asset reviews and feedback, and ensuring final creative assets align with brand standards and campaign needs
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement within a test-and-learn environment to improve return on investment
  • Assist in managing the development and execution of an e-learning series, helping organize and review educational content, coordinate production timelines, and support cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with brand and business objectives

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, brand management, or a related field
  • Experience crafting distinctive consumer campaigns with a focus on digital and social channels
  • Experience supporting campaign planning, workflow management, and cross-functional coordination
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns across digital and social platforms
  • Experience managing complex projects, timelines, and initiatives across multiple stakeholders, including agency teams and enterprise partners
  • Experience managing photo and video shoots
  • Experience overseeing creative asset development, review, and trafficking processes, with the ability to provide strategic creative feedback
  • Experience working across multiple brands within a portfolio simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision
  • Steadfast attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of excellence
  • Excellent presentation design skills with the ability to craft visually compelling materials
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly express complex ideas, make recommendations, and summarize results and areas of opportunity
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships across a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously from inception through completion
  • Hospitality or consumer goods marketing experience
  • Knowledge of or experience working within a franchise organization
  • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization
  • Experience working on a global brand and/or within a global company
