[Remote] Salesforce Administrator

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will enhance the Salesforce platform, manage configurations, and support users while collaborating with team members to implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Salesforce team in implementing solutions
• Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to flows, managing custom metadata types, custom permissions, and user management
• Assist in implementing and maintaining robust security and data access controls
• Manage integrated applications and third-party solutions with Salesforce
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features to recommend improvements
• Assist with tickets as needed

Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Declarative Builder
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Deep experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes
• Proven experience working within a Scrumban or Agile framework, participating in daily stand-ups, and managing work through a structured sprint backlog
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation that serves as a 'single source of truth' for the wider team
• Proactive in using AI tools to accelerate solution design, automate repetitive admin tasks, and improve overall delivery velocity
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration; thrives in a peer-review and shared-environment setting
• Additional certifications (Advanced Admin, App Builder) preferred
