Responsibilities
- Engage with experienced professionals and leadership candidates through digital outreach strategies
- Conduct structured professional discovery conversations to evaluate alignment and professional readiness (training and systems provided)
- Support new associates through the onboarding process, offering ongoing strategic support with access to structured leadership training and mentorship
- Participate and contribute in live weekly leadership strategy sessions with an international network of experienced professionals
Skills
- 7+ years of senior-level professional experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, leadership development, or people-focused roles
- A strong history of leadership and strategic responsibility with the ability to manage your own performance
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills for senior-level professional conversations
- A self-motivated 'Big Thinker' seeking autonomy, flexibility, and a direct link between effort and outcomes
