[Remote] Senior Mobile Growth Consultant – ASO & CRO

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Phiture is a mobile growth consultancy working with leading apps like Adobe and LEGO. They are seeking a Senior Mobile Growth Consultant to lead app store optimization and user acquisition strategies for key U.S.-based clients, driving measurable growth through data-driven experimentation and creative testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the pod and make sure projects stay on track
• Drive scalable growth across markets and languages with data-driven experimentation
• Provide senior-level guidance and tailored strategies for key ASO accounts
• Apply testing methodologies to boost app performance, blending ASO expertise with CRO best practices
• Lead keyword optimization to help apps shine in crowded app stores
• Run creative testing to craft store assets that stand out in competitive marketplaces
• Coach Growth Managers, fostering analytical thinking and curiosity
• Use deep knowledge of user behavior, app store dynamics, and growth experimentation to optimize client outcomes
• Help build Phiture’s reputation as a go-to authority in mobile growth and ASO
• Ensure top-quality service delivery and consistently strong results
• Integrate the latest best practices in CRO, performance marketing, and ASO
• Own the handoff between EU and US teams, ensuring seamless communication and continuity
• Act as the main point of contact for American clients and coordinate with EU teammates
• Balance several client projects while keeping workstreams aligned and on schedule

Skills

• 3+ years in ASO or related fields (CRO or experiment-driven mobile growth)
• Deep understanding of mobile marketing and performance marketing principles
• A strategic mindset with hands-on experience in experimentation and user-behavior analysis
• Data-driven decision maker with excellent research and critical thinking skills
• Natural curiosity and adaptability, eager to deepen ASO expertise if needed
• Strong client-management experience, preferably within an agency setting
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working fully remote with distributed teams
• Comfort coordinating across North America–Europe time zones
• Solid project management and prioritization skills, thriving under multiple deadlines
• Ability to work independently and make clear decisions in fast-changing environments
• Apple Search Ads experience or any CAC:LTV-based performance marketing
• Familiarity with complementary growth disciplines such as lifecycle marketing or funnel optimization
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools or experimentation platforms (Optimizely, Google Optimize, Hotjar, VWO)
