[Remote] Project Manager

They are currently seeking a Project Manager to manage projects, staff, and clients, oversee traffic and parking studies, and work with multi-disciplinary teams on various design tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects, staff and clients
- Oversee and prepare traffic/parking studies, corridor planning, feasibility studies, and safety audits
- Assist in the preparation specifications, plans, construction schedules, impact studies, permits, and designs for projects
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams on tasks such as work zone traffic, intersection design, traffic signal design, roadway signing and pavement marking plans, DOT access permitting, control plans and traffic signal operations analysis
- Coordinate with field inspection staff and serve as an on-site project representative
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (required)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Expert witness testimony
- Experience with various Departments of Transportation design standards
- Knowledge of CADD Software (MicroStation or AutoCAD)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Driver's License
- PE, PTOE (desirable)
