[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive - SaaS - FinTech (Tier 1 & Tier 2 Hunter) - US

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rothstein Recruitment is a high-growth FinTech company looking for a senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead their US expansion. The role involves managing the full enterprise sales cycle and building strategic relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 US Banks to drive new revenue and influence product direction.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle from strategic prospecting through to negotiation and close, focused specifically on Tier 1 and Tier 2 US Banks and large credit unions
  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with key decision-makers and executive sponsors within major banking institutions
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving compliance, legal, procurement, risk, IT, and senior leadership teams
  • Develop tailored value propositions aligned to the regulatory, operational, and digital transformation priorities of large financial institutions
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities and deliver accurate forecasting to leadership
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across the full customer lifecycle
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing structured feedback to inform product development and broader GTM strategy
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the US enterprise sales strategy in a high-growth FinTech environment

Skills

  • 10/15 + years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including at least 7 years within the FinTech ecosystem
  • Demonstrated success selling complex technology solutions to Tier 1 and Tier 2 US banks, large credit unions, or core banking providers
  • Proven ability to manage multi-month enterprise sales cycles requiring customization, pilots, security reviews, and executive-level alignment
  • Strong understanding of the US banking technology landscape
  • Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage senior banking stakeholders
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate effectively in an early-stage, high-growth environment
  • High levels of integrity, commercial acumen, and a passion for driving innovation within large financial institutions
  • East Coast area preferred, with flexibility for outstanding remote candidates
