[Remote] Business Development Director (Wholesale ISO Recruitment)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CWA Merchant Services is on a mission to build a comprehensive payment solutions platform. The Business Development Director will focus on recruiting and developing new Wholesale Independent Sales Organizations and strategic relationships to expand the sales network and maximize revenue.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop new Wholesale ISOs via self generated leads
- Sign, activate and grow sales partners in their first 12 months with NAB. Grow revenue within existing accounts using value selling methods
- Understand products and services of North and affiliates and provide value based sales skills to secure additional revenue
- Conduct effective negotiations pertaining to schedule A, new partner contract etc
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven direct merchant services sales experience recruiting Wholesale ISOs
- Previous experience successfully managing to a revenue quota
- Solid understanding of merchant services industry
- Track record of growing revenue
