They are seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, drive adoption and engagement, and act as a trusted advisor to HR leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Drive adoption, engagement and long-term value
  • Lead strategic account planning and reviews
  • Identify commercial risks and growth opportunities
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to influence platform development
  • Support onboarding, implementation and transformation initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Benefits and Reward leaders

Skills

  • Enterprise SaaS experience
  • Commercial awareness including renewals, retention and growth
  • Experience managing complex enterprise organisations
  • Strategic account ownership
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience owning and developing senior stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Product curiosity and interest in technology and AI
  • Benefits, HR, Reward, or Wellbeing Technology experience
  • Global experience, experience working with multinational organisations
  • Onboarding, implementation or transformation experience
