[Remote] Business Development Manager - US

SoEnergy International is a global provider of 'Energy as a Service,' offering customized solutions for various organizations and industries. They are seeking a Business Development Manager who will identify and develop new business opportunities in the USA's energy sector, focusing on Data Centers and Oil & Gas.
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect USA new clients and opportunities in the energy markets with Oil &Gas, industries and Data center sectors
- Plan and execute commercial strategies for market entry and expansion
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline, from first contact through closing
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, acting with a customer-centric, results-oriented, and consultative sales approach
- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to structure proposals and solutions
- Represent the company in negotiations, strategic meetings, and industry events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with USA key clients, decision-makers, and influencers, leveraging an active network within the Industries, Oil & Gas energy markets
- Act as the commercial focal point in the region, with a high level of autonomy
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related fields
- More than 10 years of experience in the energy sector, working with energy projects and solutions (thermal and/or renewable)
- Proven experience in new business development / Hunter sales
- Ability to generate opportunities from scratch, open doors, and build sustainable new business, with autonomy and ownership of the full consultative sales cycle
- Demonstrated experience in business development across a defined USA region, including effective relationship management and full territorial coverage
- Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to strategically apply Artificial Intelligence to processes
- English Speaking
- High availability for travel and strong self-management skills, acting independently within the region
