This role will expand their safety services in the Nashville, TN and/or Louisville, KY markets, focusing on B2B sales and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a local sales strategy targeting key industries and clients
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and events
  • Build and manage client relationships to drive long-term growth
  • Collaborate with local associations to create opportunities and close business
  • Attend trade shows and client events to promote services and grow the brand
  • Maintain CRM/database of accounts, activities, and pipeline

Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and thrives in a prospecting environment
  • Ability to stay focused and productive while working remotely
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in construction or safety services is a plus
