What You Will Do as Our Inside Sales Representative

As a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will take on a multifaceted role that combines administrative excellence, customer relationship management, and sales support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Support and Coordination: Perform comprehensive administrative and office support activities for assigned Outside Sales Representatives, ensuring they have the information, documentation, and resources needed to serve customers effectively and close sales.
  • Credit Application Processing: Assist in gathering all necessary financial and business information from customers to facilitate credit approval processes, working closely with our finance team to expedite approvals and maintain smooth transactions.
  • Quote Preparation and Presentation: Prepare accurate, detailed quotes and present them to Sales Representatives and customers, ensuring pricing reflects current rates, specifications meet requirements, and all information is presented professionally.
  • Order Management: Maintain comprehensive customer change orders and delivery information using our industry-specific software platform, ensuring data accuracy and real-time updates that keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Customer Inquiries: Serve as the first point of contact for customers who call in with questions about their orders, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses that reinforce arenaflex's commitment to exceptional service.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs, anticipating potential issues, and following through on requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, design, and logistics teams to coordinate order fulfillment, resolve any issues that arise, and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
