Key Responsibilities

  • Translate customer insights into a clear product vision and determine the minimum viable product (MVP) required to validate hypotheses.
  • Communicate product direction, priorities, and requirements to engineering teams, matrixed partners, and third-party collaborators with clarity and confidence.
  • Define goals, success metrics, and analytics frameworks that measure product value; continuously refine the product backlog based on learnings.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market research to ensure arenaflex products remain best-in-class.
  • Manage and groom the product backlog, making informed trade-off decisions that maximize delivered value.

Delivery and Execution (60%)

  • Formulate, test, and refine assumptions through structured user research, experimentation, and customer testing.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet arenaflex quality standards and change control protocols.
  • Create, prioritize, and accept user stories; integrate them into release planning and sprint cycles.
  • Make data-informed product decisions daily that drive incremental and long-term value.
  • Evaluate trade-offs including pros, cons, dependencies, constraints, risks, and value associated with proposed features and enhancements.
  • Participate actively in daily stand-ups, iteration planning sessions, product demos, and retrospectives.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for stakeholders across the business.
  • Maintain arenaflex system records on a regular cadence, including financial updates and product documentation.
  • Create, document, and publish product artifacts to centralized knowledge repositories.
  • Manage purchase orders and invoicing workflows with third-party vendors.

People and Collaboration (20%)

  • Foster strong collaboration with engineering, UX design, research, and other partner teams to drive value and remove obstacles.
  • Advocate passionately for the end user and key stakeholders by immersing yourself in the product and customer journey.
  • Partner with the product team to review progress, share lessons learned, and align on next steps.
  • Mentor and learn from peers, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement at arenaflex.
