Qualifications We're Looking For

While we welcome candidates from all backgrounds, the following qualifications will help you succeed quickly in this role:

  • Required: Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate multiple systems, type at a minimum of 30 words per minute, copy and paste efficiently, and manage multiple open browser tabs simultaneously.
  • Required: Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills across all written communication channels.
  • Preferred: At least one year of customer service experience in any industry.
  • Preferred: At least one year of call center or high-volume contact center experience.
  • Required: Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.
  • Required: A quiet, dedicated home workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Preferred: Prior remote work experience and familiarity with CRM platforms or ticketing systems.
