Job Title: Remote Dispatcher & Customer Experience Specialist (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,500 USD/month (Additional hourly pay for hours exceeding 40/week) Schedule: Up to 6 days per week (40-hour structure); includes weekend shifts Position Overview: Our Client is a premier mobile pet grooming business serving the Los Angeles area. Currently operating under a well-known national franchise and transitioning to a fresh, independent brand, they are dedicated to providing high-quality, convenient care for pets at their owners' doorsteps. Our Client prioritizes empathy and professionalism, understanding that for their customers, pets are family. They foster a fast-paced yet supportive environment where clear communication and logistics are the keys to success. The Role Our Client is seeking a warm, highly organized Dispatcher / Customer Experience Coordinator to serve as the vital link between pet owners and grooming staff. As the primary voice of the company, the successful candidate will manage high-volume scheduling, routing logistics, and customer inquiries with a focus on empathy and patience. This role is perfect for someone who can maintain a calm, welcoming demeanor while solving the puzzles of a dynamic mobile service schedule, ensuring a positive experience for every client and every pet.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Serves as the primary point of contact via phone, text, and email, delivering a warm and professional experience.
  • Manages customer inquiries, reschedules, and cancellations with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proactively follows up with clients to drive satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Remains calm and patient when navigating high-stress situations or emotional interactions with passionate pet owners.

Logistics & Scheduling

  • Efficiently coordinates and schedules grooming appointments across the Los Angeles area.
  • Manages dispatcher calendars and optimizes routing logistics to maximize daily appointment utilization.
  • Facilitates real-time operational coordination between customers and grooming technicians.
  • Maintains meticulous client records and appointment details to ensure zero service gaps.

Operational Coordination

  • Supports the company's transition to a new brand by maintaining high standards of service and organizational consistency.
  • Takes initiative to solve scheduling conflicts or logistical bottlenecks independently.
  • Collaborates with management to improve route efficiency and overall team productivity.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or high-volume scheduling roles.
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills with a clear, professional, and empathetic verbal delivery.
  • Technical Savvy: Comfortable learning new scheduling systems, CRM platforms, and operational tools quickly.
  • Personality: A friendly, patient, and empathetic personality; must be comfortable with constant client-facing phone interactions.
  • Organization: Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Reliability: Must have a quiet remote work environment and a stable, high-speed internet connection.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting U.S.-based customers (specifically in the home services or mobile service industry).
  • Background in pet-related businesses or veterinary services.
  • Previous experience in remote dispatching or call center environments.
