Role Overview
In this role, you will collaborate with specialized outreach teams to articulate the value of arenaflex Cloud solutions, assist prospective clients in understanding technical specifications, and help shape solution designs that meet both business and security requirements. You will also contribute to the creation of technical documentation, product demos, and proposal responses that showcase arenaflex’s capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify business and technical requirements, lead comprehensive technical discovery sessions, and design tailored arenaflex Cloud solutions that align with client objectives.
- Manage end‑to‑end technical projects, including pre‑sales support, bid responses, product briefings, proof‑of‑concept (POC) execution, and the coordination of supporting technical assets.
- Develop and deliver product information for the arenaflex Cloud Platform using whiteboard presentations, slide decks, product demos, white papers, and Request‑for‑Information (RFI) responses.
- Provide strategic recommendations on integration architectures, deployment models, and application frameworks to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that adhere to best‑practice guidelines.
- Travel to client sites, attend meetings, and participate in industry events as needed to deepen relationships and gather market insights.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and security teams to stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting the arenaflex Cloud ecosystem.
- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation of client interactions, technical specifications, and solution designs within arenaflex’s CRM and knowledge‑base systems.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical role that involved client interaction, such as a deals engineer, technical support specialist, or systems analyst.
- Familiarity with modern application development, cloud service delivery, and infrastructure concepts, including virtualization, containerization, and microservices.
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes or comparable orchestration platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance or eligibility.
- Experience designing scalable architectures using APIs, microservice frameworks, Platform‑as‑a‑Service (PaaS) offerings, and container orchestration tools.
- Background working with government or public sector clients, including familiarity with compliance standards such as FedRAMP, NIST, and FIPS.
- Knowledge of application security best practices, including web application security, identity & access management, and secure development lifecycles.
