Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, customer‑focused assistance to veterans and other clients during overnight shifts, ensuring first‑call resolution and high satisfaction scores.
  • Navigate and operate client‑specific systems, soft‑phone platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) software to document interactions accurately.
  • Enter and maintain data in VA (Veterans Affairs) systems, adhering to 72‑hour notification requirements and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date access credentials for all assigned client systems, ensuring secure and efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement, and communicate findings to leadership.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and certification programs to deepen your expertise in health‑care regulations and veteran services.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; additional coursework in health administration or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of proven customer service experience, preferably in a health‑care or government‑related environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), data entry, and 10‑key numeric keypad operation.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for translating complex information into clear, empathetic guidance.
  • Personal Traits: High‑level commitment, self‑motivation, energy, team orientation, professionalism, trustworthiness, honesty, and integrity.
  • Eligibility: U.S. citizenship is required; work must be performed within the Continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.
