Position Overview – Remote Customer Support Specialist (Entry Level)

arenaflex’s Sales and Channel Enablement organization is the engine that drives revenue‑generating initiatives and product launches across our worldwide network. The Intelligent Technology Experience Projects team within this division is tasked with designing and delivering innovative sales‑enablement experiences for both customers and internal sales teams. We are seeking a motivated, forward‑thinking individual to lead the creation and delivery of a critical new product for our customers and sales staff, helping to accelerate the sales pipeline and enhance the overall experience.

In this role, you will act as the Content and Customer Experience Specialist for arenaflex’s most strategic sales enablement program. You will partner with cross‑functional teams—including Program Management, Channel Projects Development, and Customer Sales Enablement—to ensure that the right content reaches the right audience at the right time, and that the experience is seamless, engaging, and measurable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Journey Mapping: Collaborate with the program lead to define end‑to‑end customer journeys, identify pain points, and design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Content Coordination: Gather, organize, and synthesize content from multiple sources, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
  • Style Guide Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive style guide and content library, tracking performance metrics to inform continuous improvement.
  • Rapid Prototyping & Testing: Participate in fast‑iteration cycles, building prototypes, gathering feedback, and refining solutions based on data‑driven insights.
  • Cross‑Team Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Product Management, and Sales Operations to develop scalable solutions that accelerate time‑to‑market and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Performance Analytics: Translate quantitative customer experience data into actionable content strategies, leveraging analytics tools to measure impact on sales and satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of arenaflex product features, benefits, and use cases, with the ability to translate technical details into customer‑focused messaging.

  • Hands‑on experience with content management platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) and at least one additional CMS or digital experience tool.
