To ensure seamless service delivery, arenaflex requires contractors to maintain a professional, secure, and reliable workspace:

  • Quiet, uninterrupted environment during scheduled shifts.
  • Dedicated desktop or laptop computer with a minimum of 8 GB RAM. Tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted.
  • Wired USB headset with a high‑quality microphone for crystal‑clear audio.
  • High‑speed wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download speed. Wi‑Fi is acceptable only if it meets speed and stability standards.
  • Operating system: Windows 10 or Windows 11. Some client applications may also accept macOS (Apple OS).
  • Up‑to‑date antivirus software and a secure firewall configuration.
  • Smartphone (Android or iOS) or tablet for authentication apps and occasional program work.
  • Organized desk space with adequate lighting and ergonomics to support long periods of screen time.

Geographic Eligibility – Where You Can Live and Work

arenaflex welcomes contractors from the majority of the United States, with a few exceptions due to regulatory constraints. You must reside in one of the following states:

  • Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. All candidates must also successfully pass a criminal background check.

Contractual Relationship – Independent Contractor Model

When you join arenaflex, you will operate as an independent contractor. This arrangement provides you with the flexibility to manage your own taxes, benefits, and work schedule. arenaflex will not withhold taxes, provide vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, workers’ compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance, or any other employee‑type benefits. Your earnings are yours to manage, and you will receive a 1099‑MISC form at year‑end for tax reporting.
