Key Responsibilities

  • Architect the Customer Identity Solution: Design, develop, and maintain a scalable, privacy‑first customer identity architecture that aligns with arenaflex’s strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with advertising, product, engineering, data science, and compliance teams to translate business goals into technical specifications and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
  • Implement Industry Standards: Integrate emerging identifiers such as UID 2.0, Match‑ID, and other open‑source identity solutions to improve data interoperability across DSPs, SSPs, and internal platforms.
  • Data Governance & Privacy: Ensure all data collection, processing, and activation practices comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy frameworks while maintaining high data quality and security standards.
  • Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of AdTech trends, evaluate new technologies, and drive iterative improvements to the identity stack to keep arenaflex at the cutting edge of personalized marketing.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Establish robust metrics, dashboards, and A/B testing frameworks to measure the impact of identity‑driven campaigns and refine models for maximum ROI.
  • Mentorship & Thought Leadership: Guide junior engineers, foster a culture of knowledge sharing, and represent arenaflex at industry conferences and forums.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience designing and implementing large‑scale data solutions, with at least 3 years focused on customer identity and profiling.
  • AdTech Expertise: Proven track record of building and deploying high‑volume advertising technology platforms, including experience with DSPs, SSPs, and data clean rooms.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of data pipelines, identity graphs, UID 2.0, Match‑ID, and other industry‑standard identifiers; proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Security Acumen: Strong grasp of data security principles, encryption, tokenization, and privacy‑by‑design methodologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights, with a focus on performance measurement and continuous improvement.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and driving consensus across multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in a digital marketing or e‑commerce environment, particularly within the travel or airline sector.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, or Go for data processing and service development.
