Senior Policy Forms Specialist (Open to Remote)

This position will oversee the design and development of enterprise forms (documents, letters, contracts and endorsements) to comply with state insurance requirements and support the auto and specialty business and client needs across all operating companies. Perform core administrative duties in support of the overall unit operations. Position Compensation Range: $88,000.00 - $145,000.00 Pay Rate Type: Salary Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities Responsible for the review and interpretation of statutes and case law and is primary researcher of industry language necessary for the introduction of policy forms for state expansion, new products, and product enhancements. Develops and prepares forms filings of new language for contracts, forms and endorsements by collaborating with all enterprise stakeholders. Responsible for communicating policy contract and underwriting intent for products for key stakeholders. This includes expert testimony and/or depositions in legal cases, as needed. Creates system generated images/forms using specialized forms development software/systems. Create and maintain business rules and technical requirements. Review, propose and enact legislation to determine form changes that may or will be needed to remain compliant. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with other lines to identify product gaps and opportunities. Works with key stakeholders including: state management, claims, Claims/Corporate Legal, Government Affairs, Pricing/Actuarial, Operations, etc. to ensure product compliance Serves as subject matter expert in development of contract language and/or underwriting guidelines May be required to complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience. Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements 2+ years of demonstrated experience maintaining, updating, and creating P&C forms & contracts. 2+ years of communicating policy contract and underwriting intent for products for key stakeholders 2+ years of demonstrated ability to work well both independently and cross functionally within a small unit as well as across all areas of the organization. 2+ years of demonstrated experience researching and interpreting statues, case law, and regulations.
