ClaimReturn, industry leader in artificial intelligence-driven, cost-recovery healthcare IT, is a rapidly growing virtual, phone-based revenue recovery operations. We are hiring phone-based Recovery Specialists (collectors) to make outbound calls to healthcare providers who have been overpaid due to a billing error. The Client Services... Manager MUST HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE AND/OR HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE . This role provides proactive, engagement with clients to understand business demands, needs, and concerns to problem solve and partner to showcase value adds with ClaimReturn. This role understands working with Third Party Administrators, analytics, and collections . Experience with client relations, revenue cycle management, claims management, and analytics within healthcare preferred. Ability to be the "face" of ClaimReturn with our clients, provide proactive, regular communications, get feedback, set meeting agendas, deliver reports that sell ClaimReturn's activities ("wow" them), sell additional services, and timely execute on follow-up items required. Partnering with internal departments, clients, and leaders on any production pushback concerns essential. Help identify ways to enhance client relationships and promote ClaimReturn's partnership. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, reporting knowledge in Power Bi, good business acumen, detail orientation, follow up and execution skills, proactive communications, and professionalism. Team contributor, takes initiative, collaborative, and good sense of humor required. Ability to handle pressure and changing priorities are also needed to be successful. This is a remote position that may be required to meet in person based on business needs. ClaimReturn is a growing virtual revenue recovery operations. This is a full-time, salaried, remote position with standard business hours. Must have a home office that is distraction-free at least eight hours per day, five days per week. May require additional hours depending upon business needs within a fast-paced environment.
