The Personal & Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative is the front‑line ambassador for arenaflex’s insurance products. You will be the trusted voice that policyholders and prospects turn to for answers, support, and solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls and respond promptly to email inquiries from personal and commercial policyholders and prospective clients.
  • Explain insurance coverage options, policy terms, and endorsements in clear, jargon‑free language.
  • Process policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements accurately within our core systems.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, claim status questions, and other policyholder concerns with urgency and professionalism.
  • Guide customers through the claims filing process, providing step‑by‑step assistance and ensuring required documentation is collected.
  • Escalate complex or high‑impact issues to senior team members, collaborating across underwriting, claims, and operations to achieve swift resolutions.
  • Maintain meticulous records of every interaction, updating policyholder information and documenting outcomes in the CRM.
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional arenaflex insurance products and services that align with the customer’s needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance service workflows, knowledge base articles, and customer communication templates.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business, finance, or insurance is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of proven customer service experience, preferably within the insurance sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a track record of resolving issues efficiently.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms and learning new technology tools quickly.
  • Basic understanding of personal and commercial insurance products, coverage types, and policy language.
