Position Overview
arenaflex is seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our Contact Center Solutions team as Entry‑Level Customer Service Representatives. This role is open for day, night, and weekend shifts, offering both full‑time (30+ hours) and part‑time schedules. Successful candidates will receive a $350 sign‑on bonus after completing training, a competitive hourly wage starting at $18.00, and the opportunity to earn up to $20.06 per hour after obtaining security clearance and Applicant Line certification. Additional $1.00 per hour increases apply for every hour worked after 6:00 PM, Monday‑Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers, partners, and government agencies with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information on arenaflex policies, procedures, and services, ensuring callers receive clear and helpful guidance.
- Log and track each interaction in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, capturing essential demographic data and issue details.
- Utilize the knowledge base to resolve inquiries, applying problem‑solving skills to address complex or escalated concerns.
- Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues to the appropriate supervisor or department while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with security protocols.

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum age of 18 years.

- Weekend and second‑shift availability (including nights and holidays).
- Previous call‑center or customer‑service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
