Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end execution of the Customer Insight Center’s data‑entry workflow, ensuring high‑quality, accurate, and timely input for internal stakeholders.
- Develop, document, and communicate standardized processes, prioritization frameworks, and operating procedures for the Customer Insight Center.
- Design and maintain scalable tools and systems that meet the security and compliance requirements of internal teams handling sensitive customer data.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and adoption of the Customer Insight Center.
- Stay current with industry trends in customer behavior analytics, data privacy, and security, identifying opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with arenaflex Design, arenaflex Interface, Data Adventures, arenaflex+, and Marketing teams to deliver best‑in‑class customer insight solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and privacy.

- Participate in cross‑functional projects, contributing analytical expertise to drive strategic initiatives and product roadmaps.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in data entry, customer analytics, or product management within a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable data‑entry processes that meet security and compliance standards.
