Key Responsibilities

  • Live‑Chat & Multichannel Support: Respond to inbound inquiries via chat, email, and phone with speed, accuracy, and a friendly tone.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose technical or procedural problems, guide users through step‑by‑step solutions, and document resolutions for future reference.
