Healthcare Recruiter (Nursing, Allied & Therapy) GSL Healthcare | Remote (U.S.) Build Something Bigger Than Another Recruiting Desk GSL Healthcare is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to help grow our national nursing, allied health, and therapy staffing division. We’re looking for a recruiter who thrives on building relationships, enjoys connecting clinicians with meaningful opportunities, and wants to be part of a company that’s investing in long-term growth, not simply chasing short-term metrics. If you’re an energetic recruiter who knows how to source, engage, and close healthcare professionals while delivering an exceptional candidate experience, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do
- Recruit nurses, allied health professionals, and therapists for travel, contract, per diem, and direct hire opportunities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through assignment start
- Build and maintain strong clinician relationships
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking
- Present opportunities, negotiate offers, and guide candidates through onboarding
- Maintain an active recruiting pipeline and ATS documentation
- Generate referrals and help expand GSL’s clinician community
- Collaborate with leadership to support client growth and workforce strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of healthcare staffing recruitment experience preferred
- Experience recruiting nursing, allied health, therapy, LTAC, rehab, or long-term care professionals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow alongside the organization
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000+ (commensurate with experience)
