Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Chat Specialist at arenaflex, your day-to-day work will center on delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly support to customers through live chat. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in real time through live chat, providing thoughtful responses to questions about products, orders, accounts, payments, shipping, and returns.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose customer concerns quickly and accurately, offering effective solutions that resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible.
  • Product and Policy Guidance: Educate customers on product features, service offerings, company policies, and available self-service tools to help them make informed decisions.
  • Order Support: Assist with tracking orders, processing modifications, handling cancellations, and managing refund or exchange requests in accordance with arenaflex guidelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including logistics, technical support, and quality assurance to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company CRM system to support continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

Essential Qualifications
