Position Overview – Customer Service Monitoring Representative

The Customer Service Monitoring Representative is the frontline guardian of arenaflex’s alarm monitoring network. You will be responsible for receiving, verifying, and responding to alarm signals from residential and small‑business customers, ensuring that the appropriate authorities are dispatched promptly and that customers receive clear, compassionate communication.
