Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

As a vital member of our Policy Services team at arenaflex, you will handle a wide range of responsibilities that directly impact customer satisfaction and the strength of our brand. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Customer Inquiry Management: Manage a steady stream of incoming calls, live chats, and emails from policyholders, agents, and producers, ensuring every interaction reflects the professionalism and care that arenaflex is known for.
  • Needs Assessment: Proactively identify and assess each customer's unique needs, working diligently to achieve complete satisfaction and build long-term trust.
  • Accurate Information Delivery: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods, tools, and resources available to you.
  • Performance Target Achievement: Meet personal and team customer service targets, call quality measures, and key performance indicators that reflect our commitment to excellence.
  • Underwriting Question Resolution: Address questions about underwriting concerns related to home inspections, as well as select property and liability hazards.
  • Product Eligibility Support: Handle product eligibility and underwriting inquiries from producers with precision and confidence.
  • Policy Change Processing: Process various policy changes, including endorsements, cancellations, customer name updates, and mailing address changes.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits, and following up to ensure full resolution.
  • Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, accurately file documents, and ensure information is properly logged for future reference.
  • Procedure Adherence: Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies established by arenaflex to deliver a consistent and compliant customer experience.

  • Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work varying hours between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Highly Preferred Qualifications

While not required, candidates who bring the following to the table will stand out:

  • An Associate's Degree in business, communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working in Homeowners Insurance or a similar property and casualty environment.
  • A Property & Casualty Insurance License (considered a strong plus, though not mandatory—arenaflex will support the right candidate in obtaining licensure).
  • Spanish-language fluency, which will allow you to serve an even broader segment of our valued customer base.
