Position Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our College Station team as Part‑Time Chat Specialists. In this role, you will engage website visitors—ranging from first‑time car shoppers to seasoned RV enthusiasts—through live chat, providing accurate information, scheduling appointments, and capturing leads that fuel our dealer partners’ growth. This is a hybrid position based at our College Station office; while the role is not remote, we offer flexible scheduling and a supportive on‑site environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound chat inquiries from customers interested in automotive and RV sales, service, financing, and general dealership information.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and accurate product and service details, ensuring each interaction reflects the professionalism of arenaflex and our dealer partners.
  • Guide prospects through the appointment‑setting process, confirming dates, times, and necessary documentation to streamline dealership workflows.

  • Prior experience in retail customer service, automotive sales, or dealership support.
