Digital Marketing Manager - Content Creator

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Digital Marketing Manager & Content Creator to drive an integrated online communication strategy including cohesive email marketing, SMS-text marketing, and social media marketing campaigns that cohesively target two different audience segments (B2B and B2C). This full-time role will plan, develop, implement, oversee, and refine all efforts to produce new content and repurpose existing content across all communication channels as well as test these efforts to ensure effectiveness at meeting specific KPIs. We’re looking for someone who not only lives and breathes coordinated multimedia content creation and repurposing, but also understands the power of multimedia storytelling for engaging different kinds of customers and ultimately driving sales. You’ll be responsible for spearheading the company’s digital presence and producing engaging content that converts target audiences into active users of a leading US legal-tech platform. Your responsibilities include:

  • Stay up-to-date with effective digital marketing trends and styles, plan creative on-brand concepts, and craft compelling content for our target B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Work with AI-tools and other creatives (including writers, videographers, graphic designers) to deliver multimedia content, optimized for each digital channel and platform.
  • Manage an integrated communications calendar, oversee aligned content production, and schedule/publish content across multiple channels, platforms, and accounts.
  • Establish relationships with digital media influencers to develop a strong network for cross-promotional campaigns.
  • Manage reputation and communicate with customers on different channels and platforms.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to run successful ad campaigns.
  • Monitor analytics to refine organic strategies and improve results.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a digital marketing manager creating effective strategies and campaigns, proficient with Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design, brand consistency, and best practices for success on Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, and YouTube – as well as email and SMS.
  • Strong capacity to organize information, create multimedia content (graphic design, image posts, videography), and manage multiple complex projects at the same time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and a team player who can work independently and also take direction and adjust quickly to feedback from the internal team.
