As a Data Entry & Cyber‑Risk Analyst, you will be the linchpin that translates complex risk assessments into actionable data, supporting the organization’s mission to deliver unforgettable experiences while protecting its most valuable assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate careerzynith’s Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) platform, overseeing the end‑to‑end lifecycle of third‑party risk assessments.
  • Validate incoming third‑party risk requests, collaborating with business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate the distribution, collection, and review of due‑diligence questionnaires, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Document findings, remediation plans, and risk decisions within careerzynith’s internal risk management system.
  • Draft and review risk assessment reports, working closely with stakeholders to secure sign‑off and implement corrective actions.
  • Serve as a primary liaison for internal and external inquiries related to risk methodology, providing clear and timely communication.
  • Maintain continuous monitoring of third‑party risk status, tracking remediation progress and escalating issues as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the risk management framework and propose enhancements.
  • Assist senior GRC leaders in developing and delivering compliance training, awareness campaigns, and policy updates.
  • Stay current with regulatory changes, emerging threats, and industry best practices to inform careerzynith’s risk strategy.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience in third‑party risk management, data security, or audit & compliance tracking.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, SSAE 16/18, and other relevant security standards.
  • Proven ability to manage risk assessment questionnaires, evaluate security controls, and document remediation activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the capacity to interpret complex data and translate it into clear business recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote work environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or equivalent.
  • Experience working within a large, multinational corporation or a major professional services firm.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their impact on risk assessment processes.
  • Hands‑on experience with GRC tools (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, MetricStream) and data‑entry platforms.
  • Exposure to cloud security frameworks (e.g., AWS Well‑Architected, Azure Security Benchmark).

Core Skills & Competencies Stakeholder Management: Ability to build trusted relationships across business units, vendors, and senior leadership. Regulatory Insight: Deep understanding of compliance requirements and the ability to interpret and apply them. Detail‑Oriented Data Entry: Precision in capturing, organizing, and maintaining risk‑related data.
