  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer problems
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Assist customers in navigating our website and placing orders
  • Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate when necessary
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve response times and service
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service or related fields
  • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer support platforms
  • Problem-solving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends PAY RATE $19.21 - $31.42 Hourly
  • Proven experience in customer service or related fields
