Key Responsibilities

As a Life Insurance Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Contacting and maintaining professional relationships with clients, setting appointments, and meeting with them via phone or Zoom.
  • Application Process: Taking and submitting online applications on behalf of clients, following up until policy resolution, and explaining policy coverage once approved.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Maintaining stellar interpersonal skills, being coachable, and having a professional mindset.
  • Virtual Team Collaboration: Attending weekly virtual calls, working collaboratively with our team, and leveraging our cutting-edge technology to drive success.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Life Insurance Agent, you'll need:

  • General Life & Health License: Having a General Life & Health License or being willing to obtain one.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Being comfortable speaking with prospective clients over the phone/Zoom and having strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-Discipline and Coachability: Being self-disciplined, coachable, and having a professional mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Sales Experience: Having experience in sales, particularly in the insurance industry.
