Who You Are: As Nutrabolt’s Master Data Analyst, you will support all departments by monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining master data across our key systems to ensure operational efficiency and optimization. As Nutrabolt transitions to a “best in class” and “systems first” mentality, getting a firm grip on our master data is a must. This role will have a dedicated focus and consistent goal to not only upkeep our data integrity but highlight shortfalls in the processes that lead to bad master data. What You're Good At: Ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies Manages quality of master data in key systems, as well as development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity In collaboration with subject matter experts and data stewards, defines and implements data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable Leverage Nutrabolt’s technical capabilities (SQL, Tableau, Automation, EDI, etc.) to easily identify data issues across the board, while creating scorecards and KPIs to keep integrity high moving forward What You Contribute: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field 3-5 years of experience in Master Data or similar analytical role Willingness and ability to learn and develop. ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics a plus) CPG experience High attention to detail Why Nutrabolt?
