Vacation Planning Consultant (Remote)
Position Overview We are seeking organized, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Vacation Planning Consultants. In this remote role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and coordinating customized travel experiences that align with their interests, preferences, and goals. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, providing exceptional customer support, and creating memorable travel experiences through careful planning and attention to detail. As a Vacation Planning Consultant, you will work directly with clients to understand their travel needs, provide destination recommendations, coordinate reservations, and ensure all travel arrangements are organized accurately. You will serve as a trusted resource throughout the planning process, delivering professional support and maintaining strong client relationships. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to identify travel preferences, budgets, and expectations Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, and travel experiences Prepare customized travel recommendations and itineraries Coordinate reservations and confirm travel arrangements Provide prompt and professional support through phone, email, and online platforms Maintain accurate client records and documentation Monitor active travel plans and assist with updates or modifications as needed Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up support
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Comfortable using online systems, email, and digital communication tools Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities Passion for travel, hospitality, and client service Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or administrative support is beneficial but not required
