[Remote] Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ASAPP is a company focused on delivering AI-powered customer experiences. They are seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth by identifying, pitching, and closing new customer accounts, managing the full sales cycle, and generating revenue.
Responsibilities
- Generate New Business: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media (LinkedIn), and lead generation campaigns
- Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline, moving leads from initial contact to closed deals
- Client Pitching & Demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Market Research: Research potential prospects to understand their business needs and identify market gaps
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software and provide regular reports on progress and performance
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers (CEOs, managers)
Skills
- 5+ years of proven success as a Sales Executive (startup experience is a plus) selling enterprise SaaS to the Customer Experience and/or Contact Center industry
- "Hunter" mentality with a passion for prospecting and closing deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and negotiation
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office
- Self-motivated and driven to hit ambitious sales targets
- Knowledge of how to navigate complex organizations and empower an internal champion who speaks the company's language to help position ASAPP effectively
- You are not just a product seller. You prioritize open dialogue and listen with the intent to meet the customer where they are and guide them to where they need to be
- You know how to bring in the right resources at the right time, using the full force of the business to close a deal
- The AI market moves at lightning speed; you have the ability to master technical product knowledge quickly to stay ahead of the curve
