[Remote] UiPath Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking an experienced UiPath Project Manager to lead end-to-end healthcare automation initiatives across various functions. The role involves driving RPA project delivery, managing stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with teams to achieve measurable automation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle UiPath automation projects from discovery through deployment and hypercare
• Manage multiple concurrent healthcare automation initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
• Drive process discovery workshops, solution design sessions, UAT, deployment planning, and production readiness
• Track project KPIs including cost savings, FTE reduction, cycle-time improvements, and operational efficiency gains
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, healthcare security standards, and organizational governance policies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including UiPath Developers, Business Analysts, QA, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams
• Support automation CoE governance, best practices, reusable frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide executive-level reporting, risk management, stakeholder communication, and project governance oversight
