[Remote] Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Analyst

They are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Analyst to support Oracle Fusion Supply Chain production systems, focusing on issue triage, resolution, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide Business Operations support across Oracle SCM modules; analyze and resolve incidents within SLA
- Perform issue triage, identify impacted areas, and engage cross-functional teams
- Lead war rooms with IT, Business and External Partners, triage calls, and stakeholder communications
- Conduct RCA discussions and track corrective/preventive actions
- Execute tasks per SOPs; enhance documentation, knowledge base, and process efficiency
Skills
- Experience: 8–10 Years
- Mandatory Functional Expertise: CUS, FUL, GOP, OTC
- Mandatory Functional Expertise: PTD/PTR, STP, RTR (SCM touchpoints)
- Mandatory Functional Expertise: Reporting & Analytics, Integrations/Boundary Systems
- Required Skills: Strong Oracle Fusion SCM functional expertise
- Required Skills: Experience in production support & incident management
- Required Skills: Solid end-to-end supply chain knowledge
- Required Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Good to Have: Telco Supply Chain experience
- Good to Have: Exposure to SAP ECC SCM modules (MM, SD, etc.)
