[Remote] Customer Service Representative - Image Review
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cubic Corporation is a technology solutions provider in transportation and defense. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to review and evaluate computer images of license plates, ensuring accurate identification and processing according to established guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Reviews images of license plates on a computer screen and identifies and documents detail such as the license number, plate type and the state of plate issuance in a proprietary computer system
- Identifies lane issues through observation of trends
- Correctly resolves illegible or otherwise problematic images
- Achieves productivity standards and meets accuracy requirements
- Applies business rules and informational guides to correctly identify each license plate
- Handles information found in images with confidentiality, sensitivity and discretion in accordance with Cubic and other applicable data security requirements
- Provides feedback when image quality is unsatisfactory to allow corrective actions to be taken
- Works with multiple applications simultaneously
- Follows all established policies, procedures and written/verbal instructions
- Complies with all Cubic personnel and security requirements
- Performs all assigned tasks as quickly and accurately as possible
Skills
- High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to view a high volume of license plate images on a computer screen for long periods of time
- Minimum accurate data entry speed of 7,000 characters per hour
- Minimum accurate typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Strong attention to detail
- Must comfortably use technology such as keyboards, computers and monitors, email, and web browsers at an intermediate level at minimum
- Must be a good team player and possess a positive attitude
- Must excel in a fast-paced and high-volume environment and be willing to work extended hours when needed
