[Remote] NA Sales Representative, Applications, SCM

The NA Sales Representative role focuses on driving sales for Oracle's Supply Chain Cloud applications, managing the full sales process from business development to closing deals, and collaborating with various teams to create value-based selling strategies.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue Oracle Supply Chain Cloud ARR
• Create and drive business value propositions with customers
• Become ‘trusted advisor’ in supply chain LOB within accounts
• Work closely with the virtual team (Oracle Direct and Field Core ERP Account Managers, Sales Consultants, Business Development, Product Marketing, Product Development, and the Industry Business Unit) to plan and execute a winning strategy for Oracle technology
• Create Pipeline
• Mine the install base to upsell/migrate existing customers
• Mine the existing pipeline to uncover opportunities
• Find and open new relationships in net new opportunities
• Create unique and repeatable programs aimed at increasing Oracle’s penetration in these markets
• Develop in depth understanding of Industry dynamics and terminology
• Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers
• Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning
• Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application
• Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale
• Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers

Skills

• Deep routed knowledge of Supply Chain Processes and Applications
• 10+ years of sales experience managing complex sales cycles
• Software sales experience a plus
• Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages: English
