They are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition and strategic business growth across the United States, focusing on opportunities within telematics, fleet technology, and related IoT applications.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities throughout the United States through prospecting, networking, referrals, channel partners, and industry events
  • Build and execute strategic account plans targeting enterprise customers, fleet operators, system integrators, OEMs, distributors, and channel partners
  • Engage customers to understand business requirements, operational challenges, and deployment needs across a wide range of IoT applications
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and executive stakeholders
  • Lead opportunity qualification, discovery, and solution development in collaboration with technical and product teams
  • Expand existing partner networks and identify new channel, reseller, and integration opportunities
  • Maintain an active pipeline and accurately manage opportunities within CRM systems
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to support product strategy and go-to-market initiatives
  • Represent Queclink at industry conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, and partner events
  • Collaborate with global teams to support strategic growth initiatives and customer success

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, channel sales, or strategic account management within IoT-related industries
  • Proven success developing new business and generating revenue growth within the U.S. market
  • Experience in one or more of the following industries: Telematics, Fleet Management, Video Telematics, Asset Tracking, Industrial IoT, Connectivity Solutions, Industrial Networking
  • Strong understanding of solution-based B2B sales and hardware-enabled technology solutions
  • Experience working with distributors, channel partners, OEMs, VARs, system integrators, or resellers
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage executive-level stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • CRM experience preferred (Salesforce preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required based on experience
  • Experience selling IoT hardware, telematics devices, routers, gateways, video telematics solutions, or related technologies
  • Existing relationships within fleet management, transportation, logistics, construction, field services, or industrial sectors
  • Experience working with wireless carriers, telematics service providers, or technology distributors
  • Familiarity with channel-driven sales models and partner-led growth strategies
