Responsibilities

  • Drive market strategy and identify growth opportunities
  • Develop strategic customer and partner relationships
  • Lead customer engagement and position value-based solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer solutions
  • Represent WIKA at industry events, conferences and trade shows
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy aligned with WIKA’s organizational objectives

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical/scientific field
  • 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or market strategy within industries relevant to the assigned market segment
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively
  • Demonstrated history of consistent new business generation and relationship development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel 50% or as required by the market
  • Strategic, analytical thinker with the ability to solve complex challenges
  • Effective relationship builder across technical, commercial, and operational levels
