[Remote] Senior AI Engineer with .NET
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior AI Engineer with .NET to join their team focused on developing AI agents and related applications. The role involves designing and implementing backend and full-stack applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend and full-stack applications, AI agents and platform components
- Development of developer tooling, CI/CD and observability for safe, fast iteration
- Application of secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Use of current LLM patterns such as RAG, retrieval, routing, tool-use and evals to deliver reliable, efficient AI systems
Skills
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Skills in full-stack development
- Background in building AI agents with TypeScript, .NET or Go
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
- Proven track record delivering secure, reliable, cloud-native systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph, vector/RAG systems or OpenSearch
- Expertise in ML training, deployment and monitoring
- Understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning and model adaptation
