[Remote] Change Management Communications Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mavensoft Technologies is seeking an experienced Change Management Communications Consultant to provide strategic communications support for the implementation and launch of a new public-facing online platform. The consultant will collaborate with leadership and project teams to develop and execute communication strategies that enhance public awareness and stakeholder engagement during the transition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans supporting the rollout
- Evaluate and enhance existing communication strategies and outreach efforts
- Advise project leadership on messaging, communication timing, and stakeholder engagement approaches
- Translate complex technical project information into clear, concise, and user-friendly communications
- Create communication materials that prepare customers, partners, Tribal governments, agencies, and other stakeholders for upcoming system changes and implementation milestones
- Support change-management communications and adoption initiatives
- Participate in project meetings and provide recommendations to improve communication effectiveness and stakeholder outreach
Skills
- Proven experience developing and executing strategic communication plans for large-scale initiatives, technology implementations, or public-sector projects
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences
- Experience supporting organizational change management and stakeholder engagement efforts
- Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership, project teams, and diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience creating public-facing communication materials across multiple channels
- Experience supporting enterprise software, digital transformation, or system implementation projects
- Experience working with state or local government agencies
- Familiarity with accessibility requirements and inclusive communication practices
- Experience engaging with Tribal governments, community organizations, and external stakeholders
- Experience working with government agencies, public-sector organizations, Tribal governments, or large stakeholder groups is highly preferred
