This role involves overseeing sales planning, client acquisition, revenue growth, and managing the sales team to ensure sustainable business expansion and strong market positioning.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall management and strategic planning of the sales department
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities and key clients
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
- Negotiate sales contracts and manage key commercial agreements
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and other departments
- Optimize sales processes and improve overall sales efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
- Complete other sales-related tasks assigned by the company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 10+ years of experience in sales or business development
- 5+ years of experience in team management
- Strong understanding of sales processes and client management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to independently drive projects and achieve targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Experience in international sales or global client management
