[Remote] Strategic Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Morpheus Talent Solutions is a global language, data, and AI services business partnering with leading organizations worldwide. They are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to help drive growth in their AI Data Solutions business by developing and closing strategic opportunities with AI companies and enterprise teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within strategic AI and enterprise accounts
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities across AI data, model evaluation, speech/audio, multilingual data, and managed data operations
- Develop account strategies to penetrate and expand priority customers
- Engage with researchers, ML teams, product leaders, procurement, and executive stakeholders
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Partner with internal delivery, operations, and leadership teams to shape solutions aligned to customer needs
- Provide market feedback to support service development, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with SDRs and other sales resources to support outbound activity and account development
Skills
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience
- Proven success selling complex technology, data, AI, machine learning, cloud, developer tools, or technology-enabled services
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline, acquire new customers, and expand strategic accounts
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences
- Strong commercial judgment and experience navigating enterprise procurement and contracting processes
- Curiosity about AI, machine learning, and emerging data requirements
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, evolving market
- Experience selling into AI, machine learning, research, data science, or advanced technology teams
- Familiarity with AI model development workflows, human-in-the-loop data, model evaluation, benchmarking, speech/audio data, or multilingual data services
- Track record of closing six- and seven-figure enterprise opportunities
- Experience working in a growth-stage business or building new markets, territories, or service lines
