[Remote] Lead Recruiter

They are seeking a Lead Recruiter to develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and build strong talent pipelines to support hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across a range of roles and departments
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment advice and market insights
- Oversee recruitment campaigns, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring performance, time-to-fill, and candidate quality
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition partners
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment legislation, company policies, and best-practice hiring standards
Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and online sourcing platforms
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and use insights to improve hiring outcomes and recruitment efficiency
- Sound understanding of employment legislation, hiring compliance requirements, and recruitment best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
